Our Policies

Check-in: 3:00pm / Check-out: 11:00am

Forms of payment: We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard & Discover and cash.  We do not accept personal checks.

Credit Card Required To Book: Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card  that may be pre-authorized for your first night’s stay.

Minimum Age To Book A Room: Guests booking rooms must be at least 18 years old.  Valid photo identification is required upon check-in.

Housekeeping: Maid-services (for multiple day stays) generally occur around 3pm.

Noise: Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 pm to preserve a restful environment for other guests.

Room Damage:  Your credit card will be charged for damage to the room.

Excessive Cleaning:  Your credit card will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.  Please see ADA and Idaho State laws concerning service animals.

No Smoking: There is no smoking allowed within our buildings.  A $300 fee will be charged to your credit card if remediation is necessary to eliminate smoke smell.

Reservation Cancellation Policies
We are a small, family owned business.  In an effort to better serve all our guests, and to allow us time to re-rent the accommodations you are cancelling, we have the following cancellation policies.

Reservations of one to three rooms

  • Customers booking individual rooms who need to cancel must do so 48-hours prior to their arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee the equivalent of one room night for each room cancelled. Reservations made through third-party sites (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) must be cancelled on the site where you made your reservation.
  • If rooms have been reserved during a peak period such as a holiday or local festival, 14 days notice of cancellation will be required.  
  • If rooms have been reserved for 4 or more days, 14 days notice of cancellation will be required.  

Reservations of our Guest House

  • Reservations for our Guest House require seven days notice of cancellation prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee the equivalent of the cost of one Guest House night.  
  • If the Guest House has been reserved during a peak period such as a holiday or local festival, 30 days notice of cancellation will be required.  If the Guest House has been reserved for 4 or more days, 30 days notice of cancellation will be required.

Group Reservations Of Four Or More Rooms

  • The credit card guaranteeing a group reservation must have the funds available to cover the full amount of the advanced group reservation.
  • $100 Non-Refundable Amount Due at Time of Reservation:  The credit card provided to guarantee this group reservation will be charged a $100 non-refundable amount. This amount is non-refundable.  If you keep your reservation, the $100 amount will be applied to the cost of your reserved rooms. If you cancel the group reservation, even prior to the 60 day deadline, the $100 non-refundable amount will be a cancellation fee.                                                                             
  • 60 Day Cancellation Deadline: it is the responsibility of the person making the group reservation to release unwanted rooms or cancel the group reservation in writing 60 days in advance of the the reservation arrival date.  After the deadline, any unassigned rooms will be considered guaranteed and under the financial responsibility of the responsible party, and will be charged at the time of arrival.
  • Friday & Saturday: No group reservations of Friday only or Saturday only.  Friday and Saturday must be reserved together as a two night stay.
